Eric Moos is President and CEO of Fulcrum Strategic Finance. He brings over 20 years of experience leading financial analysis and transformation at some of the world's most demanding institutions, managing $120 billion of mortgages at Citigroup to driving innovation at a $90+ billion reinsurer.

After studying economics at MIT and earning an Executive MBA from Washington University's Olin School of Business, Eric spent his career translating complex financial theory into actionable strategy. He's built pricing models that generated $10M+ in annual returns, modernized forecasting systems that became company standards, and led strategic initiatives that reshaped Fortune 500 business models.
